Metropolitan Nannies is owned and operated by Jaclyn Gobuluk of Great Falls, Virginia. Jaclyn has been an employee of Metropolitan Nannies since its founding six years ago, and became the official owner in December 2006.

A former nanny herself, Ms. Gobuluk has a strong background in childcare that began when she created her own informal nanny network at the age of 18.

Jaclyn graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance from George Mason University. After working for two years as a recruiting specialist for a leading financial organization, Jaclyn joined the Metropolitan Nannies' family, and has rediscovered her passion for helping nannies and families, as well as her dream job!

Ms. Gobuluk has a vision for Metropolitan Nannies that was passed down from the original founders, Jerry and Susan Milwit. Metropolitan Nannies is a quality childcare organization that puts emphasis on building close and confidential relationships with families and the nannies that work for them. Jaclyn is focusing on keeping the company small and personal so that parents always know who they are talking to and working with. As Jaclyn put it, "We're always just a phone call away!" It is this sense of comfort that puts parents' minds at ease and promotes referrals.

Jaclyn is married and has two dogs, Gretchen and Chloe. and is due to deliver a daughter named Lillian in September of 2008.
